Policies

Clean Up
Studios and common areas should be left in the condition you found them. All garbage must be removed, and studio floors swept and mopped. Any additional items left in the studio after your rental will be discarded at renter’s cost. We require a final walk through before your departure.

 

Cove Wall (Cyclone)
The cove wall in Cyclone may be painted another color for your production needs. However, at the end of your shoot you must return the wall color to white. If you would like us to return the cove wall to white for you, we can do so at a charge of $25 per hour plus cost of materials.

 

Bookings & Cancellations
You may put a hold on either of our studios at any time. If we receive a booking request for your specified time, you will have 24 hours to book or release your hold.
We require notice of a cancellation 5 business days prior to the start date of your rental. Any cancellations within 5 days will be billed at the regular studio rental rate for the amount of days you had booked.

 

Payment
You will be sent an invoice for the studio rental and any additional costs associated with your time at Shelter. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Checks can be made out to Shelter Studios.
